The Undergraduate Pharmacy Study Program at the Islamic University of Indonesia (UII) has a vision to become a leading study program in the development of natural-based drug formulations and the promotion of rational drug use.
The Pharmacy Study Program at UII prepares graduates who are competent in the pharmaceutical field. The educational process is tailored to national pharmacist competency requirements, supported by a curriculum based on National Higher Education standards and the academic framework of the Association of Indonesian Pharmacy Higher Education Institutions (APTFI).
The Pharmacy Study Program at UII was founded in 1998 and holds the “Unggul” (Excellent) accreditation from LAM-PTKes (the highest national standard).
International Program Status: Officially opened in the 2021/2022 academic year.
Instruction Language: English is the primary medium of instruction for IP classes.
Duration: 8 semesters (4 years) for the Bachelor level (S.Farm.), often bundled with the Pharmacist Professional Program (Apt.)
Global exposure for students is well-supported through partnerships with several international universities, including International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), and the University of Rhode Island (USA).
Flagship Programs: Student Mobility, Community Program, Building Mental Health, and International Program Class.
Facilities: Mini Teaching Hospital Laboratory, OSCE Centre to support pharmaceutical facilities, Pharmaceutical Technology Laboratory, and the Nanopharmacy Research Centre.

Report Book Selection
Report Book Selection is a new student admission process conducted through report book grades or an assessment of achievement records. There are 4 types of Report Book Selection: General, Medicine, Achievement (Juara), and TKA-UTBK.
Registration Fee: Rp300,000.
Study Program Selection: Applicants choose 3 study program options (excluding the Medical Study Program).
Assessment: Evaluation is based on report book grades from the last 2 semesters. For the Kurikulum Merdeka, the subject details are as follows: Religious and Moral Education, Pancasila Education, Indonesian Language, Mathematics, English, Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK), History, and Arts & Culture.
Registration for the General Report Book Selection opens on September 24, 2025.
The registration process can be completed daily.
Selection results will be announced within a maximum of 7 working days from the time the documents are uploaded.
The registration deadline is a maximum of 14 days after the applicant is declared accepted (passed the selection).
Scan of the Report Book for the last 2 semesters in PDF format with a file size of less than 2MB.
Test Path Selection
Test Selection (Jalur Tes) is a recruitment process based on a Computer-Based Test (CBT), conducted through digital examination at the Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) Integrated Campus. There are two types of Test Selection: General Test Path and Medical Test Path.
Registration Fee: The fee for the General Test Path is Rp300,000.
Study Program Selection: Participants may choose a maximum of 3 study program options (excluding the Medical Study Program).
The General Test Path is conducted simultaneously every Monday to Friday. Participants are free to choose one of the following sessions:
Session I: Exam starts at 09:00 WIB
Session II: Exam starts at 13:00 WIB
Participants are expected to arrive 30 minutes before the exam begins.
Information regarding the General Test Path registration flow can be found in the Applicant Manual.
The General Test Path examination is held at the Muhammad Adnan Building (North side across from the UII Football Field), UII Integrated Campus, Jl. Kaliurang KM 14.5, Sleman, D.I. Yogyakarta (digital map location can be accessed here).
The Test Selection exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions, including:
25 questions on Islamic Knowledge
25 questions on English
25 questions on Logic and Analytical Reasoning
25 questions on Mathematics and Arithmetic
Duration: The total time allotted for the exam is 100 minutes. Sample questions for each category can be viewed here.
UII provides laptops to facilitate the Test Selection exam.
Participants may also take the exam using their own laptop (Bring Your Own Device – BYOD) at the testing site, provided it meets the following requirements:
Must be a laptop, not other devices such as Tablets or iPads.
Minimum OS: Windows 10 or Apple macOS Mojave.
Browser: Latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Scholarship Path Selection
Scholarship Selection is an admission process conducted through the assessment of achievement records (report book grades and supporting achievements). The assessment uses report book grades from semesters 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 for subjects specified in the Subject Mapping Table.
The scholarship path is exclusively available to 2025 graduates (specifically those currently serving a devotion period/service at an Islamic Boarding School) and 2026 graduates. There are 4 types of scholarships: Santri (Islamic Boarding School Students), Affirmation, Hafiz/Hafizah (Quran Memorizers), and Athletes & Arts Champions. The Medicine Study Program is only offered through the Affirmation Scholarship and Hafiz/Hafizah Scholarship paths.
Registration Fee: Rp200,000.
Study Program Selection: Applicants may choose up to 3 study programs (excluding the Medicine Study Program).
Selection Basis: Based on report book grades, superior achievements in religious sciences, and proficiency in English and Arabic.
Recipients are granted a waiver for the Initial Tuition Fee (UKA) and Quarterly Tuition Fee (UKK), as well as free accommodation at the UII Islamic Boarding School (Pondok Pesantren UII). In addition to their academic studies, scholarship recipients will participate in the educational program at the UII Islamic Boarding School.
The Santri Scholarship selection consists of a Document Screening and a Competency Examination. The Competency Examination is conducted online via Zoom in two sessions: Written Test (Academic Potential, Arabic Proficiency, and English Proficiency) and Interview (Psychological Test, Arabic, English, and Islamic Boarding School Knowledge).

Visit any Bank Mandiri Branch, Cash Office, or Sub-Branch across Indonesia.
Fill out the Multi-Payment Form.
Complete the payment at the Bank Mandiri teller.
Select the “PAY/BUY” (BAYAR/BELI) menu.
Select the “EDUCATION” (PENDIDIKAN) menu.
Enter the Institution Code “10011”, then press “CORRECT” (BENAR).
Enter your Billing Number, then press “CORRECT” (BENAR).
The screen will display your identity and the total amount. If the data is correct, press “1”.
Next, press the “YES” (YA) button.
Please keep the ATM payment receipt as valid proof of payment for your admission form, registration, or tuition fees (SPP).
Select the “PAY” (BAYAR) menu.
To create a new payment, select the “EDUCATION” (PENDIDIKAN) menu.
Under Service Provider, enter the Institution Code “10011”.
Enter your Billing Number and fill in the Payment Description (e.g., Admission Form, Registration, or Tuition/SPP).
Click “CONTINUE” (LANJUT). For payment confirmation, enter the payment code “01”.
Once the confirmation and amount appear correctly, enter your Mandiri Online MPIN.
Transaction successful. The receipt can be downloaded or printed via the customer’s email as proof of payment.

The applicant visits a Bank BPD DIY Service Office and proceeds to the teller.
Provide/mention your Billing Number to the teller.
The teller will process the payment transaction, and the applicant will receive two copies of the payment receipt.
Login to the ATM.
Select the “Payment” (Pembayaran) menu.
Select “Education Services” (Layanan Pendidikan) > “University” (Universitas) > “UII” > “Academic” (Akademik).
Enter your Billing Number.
Confirm the Payment Amount and complete the transaction.
