Masing-masing metode memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan tersendiri. Pengukuran dengan metode DLS (Dynamic Light Scattering) memiliki keungulan antara lain adalah cepat dan effisien dibandingkan dengan pengukuran yang lain. Metode DLS (Dynamic Light Scattering) merupakan metode pengukuran sampel partikel nano berdasarkan intensitas pergerakan partikel kemudian diolah menjadi nilai ukuran partikel. Dikarenakan berdasarkan intensitas, cara\u00a0 preparasi, pemilihan pelarut dan konsentrasi sampel berpengaruh dalam hal pengukuran sampel.<\/p>\n<p>Zeta potensial adalah nilai yang digunakan\u00a0 untuk mengetahui stabilitas dari partikel, pengukuran zeta potensial dilakukan dengan metode elektrokinetik, partikel yang bermuatan akan bergerak berdasarkan kutub elektrode yang berlawanan dengan muatan partikel, pergerakan partikel mengambarkan nilai zeta potensial. Pengukuran nilai zeta potensial dipengaruhi oleh cara preparasi sampel, muatan elektron dan pemilihan pelarut.<\/p>\n<p>Penelitan nanopartikel yang berkembang saat ini memiliki tantangan tersendiri, terutama dalam hal pengukuran partikel nano tersebut. Untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan dan validitas pengukuran yang dilakukan.
